I think its a Dodo bird egg...that kid was an alien sent you by the High council of another planet to try and restore the Dodo bird.

We have old dutch bantams and their first eggs were darling. Very small, and whitish.

When the paper did the first article on my animals they printed where I lived and of course this just told everyone where to drop there throw away animals at.

I used to have the local Fish & Wildlife Dept call ME to go pick up animals people called in! Seabirds and fruitbats especially.​
