The waiting part so close to hatching is my least favorite bit of the whole experience. I blame A CERTAIN CHICKEN who waited to hatch until after I'd stayed up THE ENTIRE NIGHT trying to keep an eye on her. That CERTAIN CHICKEN is like a cat sometimes. She'll do literally anything she can to drive you crazy. Crazy bird!

Malay, wrong way pipper.

Malays get so big, they often pip the wrong end, experienced this with my first time hatching them.

Malay trying too zip, not sure for how long though. Gonna give it an hour, or two before I assist. Gotta make sure it can do it on it's own first.
