Naked Butt.

I have 4 Auracana hens I got at chick days at Ace. They are doing really well and have grown a lot in the almost 3 weeks I've had them. One isn't as big as the others and doesn't seem to be growing any tail feathers like the others. She had as many feathers on her wings and around her back, but her butt is still fuzzy and tail feather-less. Should I worry? Am I doing anything wrong?

Well it might just be a late bloomer or a runt.(which isn't bad)But if she gets a wart on her behind that means she has some sickness that can't be cured(I dont remember what its called you might what to look it up)

This is contagious so if this does happen seprate her
