Naked Neck/Turken Thread

One of the two chicks the broody hatched a few weeks ago is a dark fibro w/ little to no bow tie,  I'm excited about that b/c so far all my fibros have big bow ties.

Great news, I have a question for you. Today I decided to take time and look every photo on this thread to see if anyone had a white or pencilled bearded hen and I saw these two

Now, my guestion is, do you still have them, or something that looks like that? I would love to see some updated pics of these two becaouse they are, simply said, perfect.

Two week old chick ( I think pullet ) looks like maybe some mottling coming in. Not sure it may turn out to be barring. Daddy was my former Orange Barred rooster. I only know of one hen in that run that could have ( her daddy carried mottling the old Salmon rooster) carried the mottling, she herself is a Columbian color.

A shot from each side. Looks like this is going to be mottled. Her daddy was a Black Jersey Giant her mom was a dominant white wheaten split Naked Neck. The last photo is her legs, even they have a mottled look to them.

What is a fibro? I am new to this

hey buddy! thank you for asking ,"fibromelanosis" or "fibro" is a hyperpigmentation that happens in chickens they are dark from their skin or can be dark all the way to the bones. if you google the word you will get many examples, and it is very interesting if I do say so my self Arturo art for short
