Between last night and this morning I had two NN/mixes hatch! I have a mixed flock, and at this point are all penned together. I figured I'd throw a few of my own eggs in and see what hatches out.

This little chickie hatched out of a green egg. Momma hen is an EE/BO mix, daddy roo is a NN.

This little chickie hatched out of a tinted/cream colored egg, but sadly I don't know who momma hen is. I guess time will tell! This little one does have 5 toes on each foot, too cute for words!

I had one more hatch, but I have no clue who momma or poppa is, obviously Silkie though... This one has a feathered neck, feathered legs, but 4 toes on each foot.

Hi Marco! The bantam NN hatched the 22nd --- I've been sending those eggs to my buddy Debi to set and that's the first one I've hatched here in a while. The 2 from the Frizz NN pen were either in the same hatch or a couple of days earlier.
Tomorrow is hatch day for a whole new group.

All the babies are sooo cute.!!!! My husband didn't care much for the baby nn's to start with. But I think they are growing on him.
