Problem is that we don't have broodies, they just cluck. At this time of the year they would usually be crazy about sitting on eggs but not a single one sat.

Hope at least one will, I want a turken roo so bad.

Good thing is I have been getting around 5-8 eggs a day, mostly seven, from nine hens.

I wish you lived closer. I've got some beautiful NN roosters I can't bring myself to cull because they've got such good personalities, outstanding genetics for egg laying, and just look really good. I've overwhelmed by cockerels and roosters.

I know the feeling. 5 roos and 2 cockerels, no room. I put a wire to separate flocks so that I can keep them. neighbors don't complain so far but they are too noisy.

I don't know is it worse if I don't have any or if I have too much.
