Yes, I gave her Lil' Kev and the black bantam hen. I'm hoping to get some lavender pullets down the road from this pair. I'm keeping Lil' Steve with some frizzled NN's, my EE/NN, and later adding the lavenders. It'll be a nice little bantam pet flock for my little girl to call her own.

@ maraplz2006, that's a very handsome roo. I love your little pullet too. She looks so dainty.

Hi everybody. I haven't been on here in a bit since we've been busy with school and kids and stuff. But just wanted to update on my beauty John Jr (she's a girl). We finally integrated the borrowed hens and the roosters and so far everybody is still alive. We've been watching them closely. Because John Jr is the baby or was only in a box, she will either stay inside mostly or when she's out she won't go back in. So I have to open the fence up and she hops on my shoulder and I put her back in the coop. The one day she was on the ramp and I called her inside, but I really think she just doesn't know how to use it yet.
She doesn't seem to be getting picked on too badly and they are letting her eat, but she won't roost, she sleeps on the floor with one of the roosters. I think he's protecting her.

But here's the last pics I took of her. I think she's just beautiful even though her head is red now. I am guessing she should be laying soon in theory, but since its winter I don't think she will.
