Have redtails, they never touched the chickens, except sometimes they did swoop down on very little chicks. Coopers and sharpshins are really the ones to watch out - these will go for any not fully grown LF and adult bantams if very small. They dont seem to even try going for the adult LF.
NYRIR- I think all are females. Quality is good, if you want to improve breed with show bred silkies. If quality is not important, they are great as they are. First is partridge, second blue, third maybe a silver partridge.
