Do you have ventilation? Is there a way for you to get inside? Windows? Roosts?

Ya im gonna put a window and,roosts in and i use the small door to get in its just big enough

You just need to make sure there is enough ventilation that the ammonia gasses don't build up in there. They can kill the chickens. I have open areas on all sides of my coop for cross ventilation ....some can be closed and locked down...all covered with hardtack because we live in the mountains. But there are spaces of opened areas at the top that are open all year (with hardtack over them of course) that allow for heat and gasses to escape. Where are your nest boxes?
