I've got 2 'Turkens' they told me they were half turkey when i bought them at the feed store

Shin-chan (top) and Emu

Shin chan now! I call him my best bud. he gets along great with other roos and rarely mates. I talk to him about my problems.

Emu now- with her mate Spock. She hurt her leg and got quite depressed and loved attention at that time. She got over it and now her legs work well enough to fly up high. Also, she is a huge eater.

I know!!!!! They are moving inside the eggs right now! I am hoping Hilda and my son will be here for the hatching! I don't think any from the other lady are going to make it.....booo! Your eggs are great!

Nadine asked if my NN's are very broody and I couldn't remember if I shared this from summer.
Had a freerange broody Muscovy girl

And a freerange Fm Naked Neck GE roo.
Every morning when the Muscovy girl left her eggs to eat breakfast, this silly FmNNGE guy would go in and sit on her eggs!

After she ate and bathed, she'd have to go back in and run the silly guy off her nest

I finally blocked her off so they wouldn't break any eggs squabbling. But seriously, a ROOSTER!
He makes lovely children too, have a couple in the hatcher right now.

I noticed you live in South Carolina and I want to move there so bad I love your state. I was looking up pest control jobs in SC and I saw a job in myrtle beach that pays $10 an hour to start. Is that good money to live in SC? Up north $10 isn't good at all.

That's pretty bad, John, even for SC. Husband said maybe they think someone might take a low-paying job for the *priviledge* of living in the Myrt B area (personally I couldn't see it). I'll send you a message with contact info of some local folks that are in the business, maybe they can help.
