Yea, it's a cross I've never seen before & I'm trying to figure out if it's possible. I want to eventually make them correct d'Uccles with the naked neck gene...I found someone with NN mottled bantams, maybe that's a good place to start? I already raise d'Uccles.

Yes it is possible to mix any chicken w/ NN. I would start w/ mottled small nn. I am not a genetics guru, but would work on getting the colors / mottling / shape correct then worry about the bareness of the neck since that will be one of the easiest things to "get right"

I suppose there is a reason I have been attracted to this thread! Beginning in about one month, I'll be the owner of 20 to 25 NN hens. like me getting a birthday present from the 'Birthday Boy'.

It really is not possible to buy a present for some people and he is one of the worst. A bottle of good Scotch has been the fall-back over the years.

My Red Turken hens have finally started laying! I have 4 hens and 1 rooster. Will be offering hatching eggs in a few weeks if anyone is interested! These are beautiful birds!!
