Yes. They're called Naked Neck Turkens....and it's NOT a stupid question.

EDIT: They also go buy a few other names, like Transylvanian Naked Necks, etc.

I'm 82% certain that this bird is a cockerel. Call it a wild guess or intuition, but .....I feel pretty confident! lol
