Naked Neck/Turken Thread

These are not Turkens, these are baby Madagascar Gamefowl that I hatched out. They are naked necks though.

Looks like a scaleless chick... does it have scales on legs and toes? If not, it's a scaleless..

I don't believe it did, I will have to check. Will the chick be able to survive? I just want to make sure I don't jump to conclusions. He seems perfectly healthy as far as not having feathers.

I have several, they do just fine aside from needing some accommodations for winter. Kassaundra is in Oklahoma and her rooster went through the winter just fine but with modified clothes and a shelter with cuddle buddies.

Much milder here so I was able to get away with an outfit much like a doggie clothes thing and an insulated box.
