Naked Neck/Turken Thread

there is no way you have no crows and magpies. there are so many even in the cities in the south europe. this is crow:

and this is magpie:

I'm kind of jealous of your crows. Ours are just basic black...and HUGE. Since there's a pecan orchard behind my house the crows around here like to perch on our roof and slam pecans down in an attempt to open them. Very annoying...and noisy. But.....I've noticed that the more crows we have, the fewer hawks we have around, and the hawks are the real chicken predators around here.

I've heard of people setting an egg a day out on top of a fence post to feed the crows and attract them, so they will get rid of the hawks.

Crows can be a real problem themselves. They carry so many diesels that can be twangs erred to the flock. Just saying.

Today I was taking pictures of my mottled and mottle carriers and snapped this one if my White NN. She's not totally white she has a couple of black spots.

She was January 1, 2014 hatch. She's turned out to be pretty good sized.

I'll keep my eyes peeled for those diesel carrying crows. ;)  :lau

Just kidding. I know you meant to say "diseases", but I couldn't resist.

Oh my fat fingers. I usually try to look before or right after posting to catch those things.

Glad you can cipher things out.
