Naked Neck/Turken Thread

it has been 2 weeks since my aniela had an accident. she is still limping but definitively improved. she laid a 2-3 eggs and yesterday she laid a fairy egg! as she is heavy I wonder if she will ever heal completely. I expected her to walk again in 2 weeks.

Great to hear she's getting better!

I think Lucky pulled through; it must've been a muscle issue. I took him out of the chair yesterday evening and he was able to make his way, stumbling some, around the brooder. He was steady on his feet this morning, cruising around with his new friend, the baby bantam.

Some toddler pics from today

Beautimous has the darker head, these both are pea comb feather pattern (I also think NN) they are the least feathered except for Blondie of course.

Blondie (the scaleless) and Me too. Me too was the weakest hardest hatch that has ever survived for me. (and the only grey chick)

The one in the front is going to have one of the "odd" combs that are in my lines

The NN in these pics had the biggest and most defined chipmunk stripes

These guys kept standing to close. The darker one has those few white wing feathers, white butt fuzz, and the goatee is white.

@Desert Chick
@Kassaundra
Cute chicks all. I even like the fully feathered one. It looks like it's going to be a big one.

Mine are due to hatch this Thursday maybe really late and Friday.

Hi! I just hatched my first chicks with a mix of Eggs from My Pet Chicken, and what do you know, two of them are NNs! I wouldn't have thought I would but I just love them! They are so laid back and sweet!
Not sure what their crosses are, I think one is a Cochin cross and the other is a frizzeled something

They're so cute! Especially the one in that bottom photo. It looks like a Showgirl mix. Be prepared to totally fall in love with this breed. They really are something special.
