Naked Neck/Turken Thread

So here’s some photos of the new NN babies. Their broody “mom” was dust bathing and one chick decided to join in.

I noticed that one chick has almost no down on its neck/chest and is even naked along its flanks.
I had forgotten which hens eggs I put under the broodys and I think I put one of Agatha’s (my black NN) in there.
Here’s my question though: if one of these chicks is hers wouldn’t the chick be black since black is dominant?

:love

is agatha pure black? if both she and the roo have the same hidden recessive genes I guess her chicks can be any colour. but I am not a genetic expert, just a learner.

Some genes are capable of overpowering black. Like silver I believe. And, for example only, the barring gene refers to the white bars, not the black ones, over a black bird. So barring is another gene that overpowers black.
That chick looks like it's got some kind of pattern (partridge, pencilling, lacing...) and in some kind of silver.
