They all look to have pretty big combs at 3 months(unless I misunderstand their age?) The last one looks to be getting saddle feathers I would say rooster for him, I cant tell for sure on any but that's the only one I think strongly about.
Hens combs don't get big until right before they start laying eggs, though. The boys will get the large combs much sooner.x2
the dark one is a boy for sure. the other one is 90% a girl but time will tell.
some NN hens do have large combs. watch for saddle feathers at this age. I hope it is not the late bloomer. the saddle feathers are pretty round so far. check if some new pointed feathers are coming out.
