This is Joan Crawford. I hatched her from eggs I got from @cactusrota a couple of years ago. She went broody, more than once. I gave her chicks and she was mad she didn’t have eggs to sit on. Pecked the babies, stalked out of the coop and never looked back.

My calico Princess/Naked Neck eggs should be hatching any time now . She was the only gal big enough to keep my male company and not get hurt. Hoping for them all to have that naked neck so I can tell them from the other mutts I have under my hen

Does anyone know which hatchery sells chicks that are not mostly wheaten(Ewh) or black(E, ER)? I would like to get some that are chipmunk/wild type color(e+) or brown (eb)

that’s a pretty rooster! Chocolate brown and white? Or is he a dark red?
