Atlas might protest one of his brides being stolen. Plus she really isn't the friendliest one in that flock. The calico princess takes that spot, followed by Adoni and then Hyppolyte. But Akantha and Atlas just prefer to have food thrown at them and left to their status

Is anyone here going to be hatching out some more Naked Neck's for the Easter hatch-a-long? The egg's will have to be set at 12 noon on this Saturday if you are.

I crossed a Naked Neck with a CCLB hen before and hatched chick's. I kept a female that grew up to lay green egg's, and if you looked close you could see that she also had a small head crest from the mother.

I wonder if you bred an NN (not an Na) to a muffed breed if you could get a muffed naked neck. I might try that with my bantams if it all works out

Cute baby dinosaurs! I’m guessing two green egg laying pullets (pea comb, green shanks), and one vigorous cockerel (straight comb, yellow legs) who definitely is a keeper if you want more Nn crosses to your other breeds without the blue egg gene. Nice!

That’s what I’m hoping for!
I know the one for sure had an EE mom, but going off leg color I believe the other one did too. My other chicks have yellow legs except the black naked necks, they have yellow.
And I love this little roo, haha I think he will be adorable.
I really hope you are right and the other two are girls!
