Naked neck with blackish scabs

I just got two naked necks a couple of weeks ago. Now 19 weeks old. Was told one was moulting when I picked them up. She has lost all her “hair” on top of her head now and has a scabby area at the back of her head/neck and on her comb. What is this? Do I need to treat it with anything?

They both eat and drink fine. Only eating layer pellets.
Do not seem to have lost weight and are not acting lethargic.
The other NN has really stinky poop. More so than any other chicken I’ve ever had (I haven’t had a lot but more than 10 over an 8 year period).

They are both isolated from my other chickens still.

It's possible that the chickens are pecking each other. Maybe they are bored or trying to establish a pecking order. The only other thing I could think of would be fowl pox. The most common one is dry pox. Its appears on unfeathered parts of the chicken like comb and legs. It starts off white or yellow and then scabs up later to look dark. My chickens always have a scab or 2 on their combs just from the pecking order so it's most likely just that. good luck I hope it's nothing more serious

Okay. Thank you so much. I am worried about fowl pox which I’ve never encountered before.
they are in an XL dog crate with a 6x6 pen to themselves to be isolated from my others. Maybe it’s just the size of the dog crate at night. They come from a farm and are now in a backyard. The farm didn’t have any day olds so they gave me two of their stock. I’m thinking the wilder one needs to go back to the farm as it’s maybe too hard for her to be in a smaller space. The one with the black comb and scabs is much more docile and even handles being picked up fine.
I added some closer up shots in daylight that I just took of Turkey’s head (that’s her name).

The only other thing I forgot to say was that with 2 chickens it's hard to establish who's the boss sometimes so if they were always left alone without any other chickens then that could have been the reason why when you got them they had the marks.

I would put some Vaseline on them to help heal it up. We're they kept with turkeys? There another thing called black head that comes from turkeys. Sorry I keep thinking about other things. Here's another website that shows different pictures between pecking injuries and fowl pox.

Do you mean that just because there are the two isolated together? And once they are integrated in flock then Bug may stop gnawing on Turkey’s head?
