OH WOW, I didn't see this until tonight, and guess what? We had homemade Chinese potstickers again! WEIRD!

They are little dumplings made with pork, bok choi or cabbage, onions, garlic, Chinese 5-spice powder, rice wine, soy sauce, sesame oil, and ginger.
