Ouchy! I tried doing a plank and OMG, I thought someone needed to get the plate number on the truck that hit me the next day.

Right now I'm taking a break from cleaning mine and my husband's fans. It's been a while since I got them cleaned so apparently today is my OCD day. Scrub, sanitize, disinfect, and keep moving.
