Aw, poor Azure! I'm so sorry!
I normally do an eggtopsy.
Is it kind of amazing how fast they can develop! Once they hit the 5 day mark, they start growing really fast!

Yeah. I feel bad I dropped him or her I tried to save them but the blood vessels disconnected (according to Google bc I saw little red spots and had to look it up). I waited 2 extra days but no movement and the blood ring appeared last night. Hopefully no more losses. Not that I need so many chickens BUT I don't want to lose any either lol.

Also, side note. I was examining the body and taking pictures...one of the feral kittens was trying to eat the egg yolk. Yeesh.

Checked the big guy incubator. Aka the hatcher. I think I have it going good? Temp fluctuates between a good 99.5 to 100. Humidity has been at 65-70 with about a tsp of water. I am watching to see if it goes above 75 but if it stays good I will just add water if it dips below 65 right?

Btw, for an egg at day 15...is Lisette alright? I need expert eyes please

Thats a big saddle on #15, but as long as its still alive, Id keep incubating. Eggs like this can still hatch healthy chicks, some can quit late, others can go on to hatch.

Yeah. It got bigger than a few days ago. Lisette is still moving in there. I just don't want to put her in lockdown and she goes boom or something crazy. I do plan to candle again Saturday night before I tuck them in for hatching. Just give me any and all advice yall know lol

Your still running a tad high if it's day 15 and these would be in lockdown in 3 days, so for lockdown, that humidity is great. I would let it drift down to 45/50 before adding water, as otherwise, you might jack it back up to 70 again.
