Other than her air cell she is looking good in there. At least from what I can see (or not see). Idk much about air cells but her chicky shadow is big!Go Lisette!!![]()
Inside today's candle spotlight, we have the following beauties!
1) Egg #2 (I think bc I started this post last night and forgot the number)
2) Egg #21 from batch 2
3) Egg #6 (air cell worries me)
4) Egg #8
I will reply and post names and ppls later today unless someone else beats me to it! (If you do tag me so I don't do it again unless yall want two shoutouts heh heh)

Day 18, put eggs on something anti skid, stop rotating, open all vents open wide. Try and keep humidity between 65 and 70%. They will internal pip first to breath air in the air cell. When the air is gone and its all carbon dioxide, they will externally pip. After they are finished absorbing the rest of the yolk and detaching from the inside of the egg they will bust out, anywhere from 12 to 24 hours after external pip. Only assist if they have been struggling to break the shell 24+ hours later.Btw. For lockdown I just set them in there and wait right? Day 18 to 22(ish)? Humidity between 65 and 75? Temp the same?
Alright. I am slightly struggling with humidity in the smaller incubator. Would the other eggs be alright to stop turning if I need my bigger incubator? The first one I bought doesn't auto turn too well so I was hand turning. At lockdown, batch 2 will be at 15 days.Day 18, put eggs on something anti skid, stop rotating, open all vents open wide.
