Name the eggs! Choose your baby to root for!

I doubt the last 2 will hatch. Apparently 2 is my number to lose. I am very shocked at having 16 babies. I read shipped hatch rate was 40% or so lol. I did NOT expect 16 floofs. Might have to sell some before they feather if I can't make more room. Anyone live near South Carolina can come get a few 🤣
Also, I can’t count 🤣

I think I need a bigger box. Idk how I am going to keep them all til they feather. Lol. If anyone knows of a solar powered heater (my outdoor plug is broken right now) for chicks I can stick them outside? Would my 8 week old babies mess with them?
There is such a thing as solar heaters, but what they don't tell you is by the time you're done buying everything you need to run it, there's an additional few hundred bucks with a panel, controller, and a couple of golf cart or marine batteries. Also, in winter, at least here, we don't see the sun too often. Solar panels will still draw when there is no sun, but it's not efficient so there wouldn't be enough power for it if more than a day or two in those conditions.

In a pinch, I'd just do what @2ndTink suggested. It would be fun too!

OK, babies!

The three Phoenix first. I think thy might end up white on two of them.

I don't band anything till they are fully grown. Had an incident with a chicken leg growing with in the week over the band. The band cut the tendon sheath and I could see tendon protruding out of the leg. I saved her and she's fine. But I never want to go through that again. So safest way for me is not to do it till they are grown.

I have a great eye for details and can pretty much remember who's who as long as I don't get over 40 chicks.
