There's so much more to a breed than color. Orpingtons are rounded, very fluffy birds, often called basketballs. Your bird has the wrong shape and tail set for an Orpington. Orpingtons have straight combs. If you're in the UK and see that some there have them, then fine, but if you're in the US they're straight combed. Orpingtons also have white skin. I'm sorry you don't have what you want, but that bird's not an Orp.
