Name these breeds please

I guess I was lied to when I purchased these birds so now I'm questioning all of the breeds mentions so can you pick out any of these birds breeds I was told they were orpington's and rir with the black ones being black orps the reds rir and the tan were buff orps but not sure anymore

The first two birds look to be the odd-balls in your bunch and the rest of your birds do appear to be the breeds listed.

I posted chicken joe( the black and silver/white roo as a black orp in black orp group and they said it wasn't a black orp because of the rose comb and white feathers idk I found similar looking black orps but the member said he was a birchen

I was addressing the group shot - the single rooster posted alone is not a black orp.

How can you tell? Because to me he looks like a few birchen orps I've seen or like a black orp and birchen orp mix his mate is pure black

An Orp would have a single comb - your bird does not. A lot of mixed breed birds "look like" certain aspects of various breeds - or share markings similar to them - but that does not a breed make.

It is obvious you want the bird to be an Orpington - so call it an Orpington....however, I would advise against pursuing any breeding, hatching and selling of chicks labeling them as being Orpingtons or you will do what has already been done here, which is passing off the bird as something it is not.

Ok I'm not trying to be mean or anything or say your wrong and I don't mind what he is but I've seen pics of birds that are labeled orps that look exactly like him I just want to know what's the sign that says he's not so I know I've seen the rose comb I've seen the coloring as orps but together means not orp? That's just weird to me. I'm a newbybso sorry for my stubbornness
