Naming of coops

Well, mine isn't really named; but DH calls it, "Chicken Palace," when he complains of the expense!

Honestly, I just don't know why he would think that!

Now, coop #2 is referred to as, "The Silkie's coop!"
And, coop #3 is very original .... "The Maran's coop!"

I do love all the great names you all have, and might even think about a more appropriate name .... Hhmmm, "Hen Haven!"
There we go, that's a start!

I haven't named my coop, it currently only houses 1 broody hen, the rest of the flock packed up and moved on to the garage coop. The garage coop will be named the cackleberry shack.

I have 23 chickens RI.' The kids in the area just love to come and feed then and i enjoy them watching and talking to them. They call me MR. Tony. I came home one day and there was a note on my front door to go to the coop because there was a present inside the coop for me.
It was sign that read MR. Tonys Chickens.
The 3 girls age 9, 7, 6 saved their money to get a sign printed.

Coop name is Mr. Tonys Chickens '

That just made my day. What great kids. they will grow up to be good people.

I see someone else has my sense of humor, my ducks also live in the Quack House, we call them QuackHeads. lol That really seems to fit the spastic runner. I don't know if I'm allowed to tell you what we call our broody house (The Mother Cluckers) no offense meant.
