My favorite pics of all time are the ptarmigan. -never thought I'd get a photo of these beautiful birds.

Had clear skies and no moon last night. I was finally able to shoot the flame and horsehead nebula again. This is a stack of 81 60 second exposures. Next time I am going to try and get 3 hours of exposure time to really bring out the finer details....

Here is a couple I shot in Oct. This is the Pleiades star cluster (commonly called the seven sisters)....
