I keep forgetting about it! How long will it hang around?I'm clouded up tonight. Hopefully yall get some more comet shots. Once it leaves, it won't be back around for another 80,000 years...
If you want to see it naked eye or with binoculars, I would definitely try and catch it tomorrow or the next couple days. It's getting dimmer every day. With a long exposure camera you should be able to photograph it for the rest of the month.I keep forgetting about it! How long will it hang around?
Nice! I saw some images on astrobin with the trail in front of the comet but I didn't know what it was. 300mm or less?I got the anti tail! That thin little light line just below the head of the comet. That's sunlight illuminating the dust along the path the comet has traveled as it moves away from the sun.
