There's several different chirpers, I think! At least two?One sounds like a little more on the left side, and louder, and one seems like it's more on the right side and quieter. Time will tell!
I know I won't be sleeping tonight.

Umm, I’ve read the Little Red Hen to my peeps when they were in lockdown. There's several different chirpers, I think! At least two?One sounds like a little more on the left side, and louder, and one seems like it's more on the right side and quieter. Time will tell!

Momma hen would be chatting with them, so can we!!I'm SO glad to know it's not just me. I've been playing happy/tid-bitting hen noises, sounds of hens coaxing eggs to hatch, other chicks chirping in egg noises, and talking/singing to them.I'm always singing. I have a 'kitty nap time' song that one of our cats, Love Bug, will zoom into my room when she hears it to lay down for a nap with me. She's serious about her beauty sleep.
Thank goodness I took a late nap! I'm DYING to know who it is. Every time I look, it's quiet so I can't even see if any of the eggs are wiggling at all. Mischievous babies!
Makes me tired just looking at it! I have never incubated so my chicks are always under a hen at this point. Less stressful for me hahaYay! Come on Peregrine!
