Curious, you first called your Easter Egger, as a chick, an Americana/Araucana (what Murray Mcmurray calls them) then switched to calling it an Easter Egger when you found out it was a boy (wish I saw this thread earlier to tell you ahead of time that he was a boy) - When did you find out about the difference?

Yeah they get along pretty well. Never have serious problems out of them.
I actually have more than that! Haha (I, unfortunately, probably need to sell the good looking, very well tempered EE's
)
(1) Speckled Sussex
(2) Silkies (one is still younger)
(1) Black Japanese
(2) EE's
(1) Frizzle Cochin (younger)
(1) Silver Duckwing OE (part of the youngest group I have)
It has worked out well so far because the Sussex used to get picked on and was quite timid. Once I got rid of the two that picked on the others, he wound up falling into top of the pecking order -- but he is GREAT with the hens from what I've seen. I hardly ever see him even mess with them. The Silkies kind of stick to themselves and don't really bother the others. The Black Jap is small (of course) and he is like one of the hens almost!
The EE's probably get on the hens the most, but they are mild mannered and aren't very violent with the others. The little Cochin has been decent from what I've seen so far, and the SD OE is like the Black Jap -- small and hangs around with the hens than acts like a rooster (but of course he is still fairly young).

Well, I got the EE's from a lady locally and that's what she had called them.
I didn't really question it until they started getting bigger and their colors started showing up a lot more. Then I researched it a little and saw their colors weren't consistent with a true Americana...and they didn't have the characteristics of the Araucana.
I guess I just fell into it when I was researching a little!

Thanks, I appreciate it!
I know the pictures are probably fairly monotonous as they grow, but I figure it's at least a good place to keep my compilation of the group in one area.
Probably some of the most recent pictures I have, albeit they are a handful of weeks old, at least.
Anyways, here's how much they like scratching through the hay to get their treats:
