Neck twisting

My polish was injured a week ago. I'm sure it's a leg injury however there is no obvious deformity or swelling that I can feel. She finally started drinking two days ago and is now interested in food. I still have concerns that I'm sure you all could help with.

• She twists her neck when offered fluids. If I gently guide her head, she is able to drink. How can I get her to stop twisting her neck?
• Her beak has grown and now she has an overbite. Should I be worried about this?
• The feathers around her vent have all fallen out as she scoots around on her butt. I've put her on soft shavings and change them several times a day. Should I protect her skin?
• What else should I be doing to help her along?

I really appreciate your help with this. Little Georgie is not in pain and I believe she's getting better because every day I see improvement. Any thoughts or words of encouragement would be appreciated!
