Looks like she's trying to adjust her crop.
What's her poop like? Photos?
Do you provide grit?
Check her crop first thing in the morning before she eats/drinks, it should be empty. If it's not then I would treat her for crop issues according to this article.

I wouldn't hurt to give her some Vitamin E (400IU) and 1/4 tablet B-Complex once a day for a few days as well.

Thanks, do you think she have chance to survive?

A crop issue may be difficult to resolve depending on what's causing it.
I'm not sure about your question if she has a chance to survive - is she in really bad shape?

Hello all. Was hoping for some community wisdom. Our beautiful Peachy (7 month old bantam buff brahma) is acting weird. Circular Twitching/shaking/spasms of head and neck. We checked crop - seems to be fine. Comes in waves - will do it for a few days, then will seem to get better for a few. Been going on about 2 weeks now. Poops are small, but seems to be eating and drinking (but not a lot - doesn't peck the ground much - just kinda sits there). She seems tired. Not sure if she's laying. I tried to attach a video from our "ChickenCam" but I guess I need social media (which I don't have). Full disclosure - we're pretty sure that Marek's got into our flock (and Peachy wasn't vaccinated at birth) - and are worried this is a different manifestation. Any thoughts?

Time Will tell, if its merek you cant do anything just wait and see, some Will die for sure but some Will survive and once you have merek he Will be in your soil, house for decade, vet said there is no way to get rid of him but you can live with it, and chinkes that survive marek have same imunity and they pass that to their chiks, so after merek hit flock its best option hatch chiks from survived birds💪

Hi @snrugbert picklepudding :frow Welcome To BYC

If you wish, you may want to start your own thread about Peachy. Include some photos and information about her symptoms, what you feed, etc. For video, upload to youtube and provide a link.

Twisting of the neck does sound like a neurological symptom - some common causes are disease like Marek's, trauma and nutritional/vitamin deficiency. You can try vitamin therapy to see if that helps. Give her vitamin E and B1. This is easily done by providing 400IU Vitamin E along with 1/4 tablet B-Complex once a day.
