Do you have a video of her? If not, some photos of the eyes.
Is she still sneezing constantly?
Any mucous coming from the nostrils?

If she has runny eyes, you need to try to keep them cleaned out - flush with saline, remove any mucous and apply an ophthalmic ointment.
There can be many causes of the symptoms you describe - respiratory illness, molds and poor ventilation are a few.
I would try the VetRx, follow the directions in the leaflet or you can find them online.

If she has a respiratory illness, the others have already been exposed. I would only separate her if she becomes lethargic, won't eat/drink or is being picked on.

She seems to of improved. Earlier her eye was stuck because of the mucus but I cleaned it off and it doesn't seem to of returned. I took a couple photos and I noticed she was being lethargic, but I took them after she had just woken up, so maybe that was why? Eating and drinking fine. She was actually picking on my buff earlier so no problem with that. The stuff on her head is the VetRx. My house isn't moldy and neither is the place they're staying in. We have fans on constantly due to the heat so I think the ventilation for them would be fine?

Glad to hear she is doing better! I would keep watch on her - sometimes a chick may get a little fuzz in the eyes, so if they are staying clear after you cleaned them that's good.

Sounds like ventilation is good if you are circulating air with a fan - just remember to not point the fan directly on the chicks You're doing good.

She looks good! I love her eating while she is in the bowl. I know they all do it, but I still think it is too cute!

Since last night I've been putting a bit on her head/under wings and in the water. It also says to drop some into their mouth at night but I didnt want to risk over medicating her and making it worse. Did you use the dropper when you gave it to your chicks?

I used a tiny syringe and gave a drop to him orally every evening.

also, eating and drinking is always a good sign. In my experience, if an animal doesn't feel good, they don't have a good appetite or drink as much.

All of them were sneezing last night but now only the one is. Swapped out their pine shavings for paper towels just incase that was attributing to the sneezing
