The wall of their cave
OH ok...I was lost, sorry.

Are they getting under it much?
If they are complaining a lot try raising the cave a little higher so when they get under it it won't be as hot under there.

Well I actually had to lower it because it wasn't getting hot enough, they're a bit less loud now. They're always under there if they're not eating or drinking

Ok great.
I worry a little about them over heating still.

 They sound fine to me. I have never had silkie chicks though.

Have you thought about maybe wetting a small amount of feed each morning to put in that dish.
It will help them to not scatter so much and waste it.

Forgot to mention. She was weak after i found her neck like that. She was still breathing but wouldn't move.
Sounds like you may be dealing with over-heating. When they sleep, are they spread out or huddled together? Spread out can mean they're hot. Do they have enough space to get away from the heat source, if it's too warm for them? A chick that has heat stoke or has died from overheating will be floppy, and the neck may seem broken when it's really just very, very weak. If that's not the case, could they be piling up on each other and injuring or suffocating each other.

They didn't have any reaction to the heat lamp when I did have it. They huddle when they sleep
