This is a picture of one of my girls with Ocular Marek's. I don't see that in your bird's eye, thank goodness.

Sassy stroked over this past summer and I had to put her down. She lived three years with two eyes damaged by OM and never let the other hen's get ahead of her.

Sure do miss her running out every morning and grabbing their bread treat out of my hand and galloping off with it. Fortunately, I have another one that took over that job. Luckily she doesn't have OM.

Oh my, although that's not a good thing, her eye is gorgeous!!! I'm so sorry you lost her!
If you could lay out the organs it hard to see.

The pictures of the young Cockerel is as played out as I could get. I'm not used to doing birds :/
 
Sometimes their intestines shut down right before death and they will have crops full of food and or liquid.
Well, yeah, that's why I asked if he had just eaten.
Wondered if the crop fullness was from a last meal just before death,
or a non emptying crop was part of the problem overall.
