Thanks Melody. Thank you for posting the final report. It does look like the rooster had multiple opportunistic infections. Cryptosporidium of the liver, enteritis (inflammation of the intestines) typhlitis or inflammation of the ceca, and favus (fungal infection) of the comb. I am not that experienced with explaining necropsy results. Here is some info on cryptosporidium which can cause respiratory disease and air sacculitis in chickens, and can affect other farm animals:
