Just got back from the vet since my chicken has infected eye. I have only had them (7) for a month and have already had to treat for respiratory issues and roundworms. The vet diagnosed infectious coryza and says the best thing to do would be to sacrifice her to find out everything that could be running through the flock. I am very sad about this, but treating her doesn't seem like the best option because it could be costly and not even effective, especially if my other birds come down with this. The necropsy is free from UC Davis. Has anyone had any experience with this?
