Necrotic tissue on leg

Thanks. I will get some hibiscrub tomorrow and give it another clean. She seems to be in good health otherwise. I am a little concerned that she keeps lifting her leg right up when she tries to walk but this maybe because of the extra weight she was carrying around on her foot. Now it's not there, I think she is still compensating for it.

I have just given her another wash in hibiscrub. Quite alot more dead skin has come off. I'm a little reluctant to try and remove it all in one go. I got some iodine 10% spray. I'm not sure wether to use it though.

At the top of this picture there is little yellow blister looking spots, are they blocked feather follicles?

Update. Hope everyone has had a good holiday! Speckle has turned into somewhat of a house hen for the time being! Her leg is making a good recovery, all the dead tissue and crusts of skin have come off. I have been putting aqueous cream on to help sooth it and stop it from drying out. I've also been giving her half a vitamin b tablet every other day. It's nice and warm so there is still good blood flow. It is however still curled up. If I straighten her toes she can pull them so there must still be some tendon usage there. But she still won't walk on it. She will put it behind her and balance on it but won't put it forward to try and walk on.
This is a video from today. I have tryed manipulating it but she still doesn't seem to be able to put it forward. Any ideas as to what may be happening?

Oh the poor little love. It looks incredably sore - could it just be she is avoiding weight on it in order not to make it hurt more? How is that very raw / exposed skin looking? And the area that is black? I agree Chlorhex' is a great option and good you are keeping it moist while healing.

The skin is looking really good. She has new feathers coming through on her leg and foot now. Her claws are still curled up but she can grip me a little bit and she can resist/pull away a little with her lower leg. But she just still won't walk on it. There is a lump on the front of her hock that I thought could be blocked feather follicles but I'm not sure. Here's a few pictures I just took.
