Last week I posted that we finally got 4 eggs from our 23 week old Bovan Pulletts, only there was a problem. Two were Brown and two were white. Our Pulletts were supposed to lay Brown eggs. Well, my husband gathered them and brought them in and put them in the refrig. He called me at work to tell me the great news about the eggs. Finally after weeks of waiting our first eggs. Then Nothing the next 3 days. Seemed very strange to me that there were no eggs laid after getting four. My husband decided to crack open the eggs and found that the Two white ones were hard boiled??? Gotta love our practical joker neighbor who knew we were waiting with baited breath for our first egg. Thank you Wilkie for your sense of humor. And STILL NO EGGS!!!
