Need a climbing plant that is chicken safe

I put roses and a Bush that my friend was trying to rid the only prob I had was the hems tried to lay under the Bush and it gows very very fast not sure what type it is unfortunately but I can get pics of it now 5 years on if u want and my muscovys destroyed the Rose's so I gave them to my primary school

I have cleared off vines (have no idea what kinds - some have thorns!) from our pens that were not used at all from late 2015 to mid 2018. It's finally done and I've since hooped 3 or the 4 short pens w/ cattle panels, 2x4' wire & tarps. Still need to remove the tin & wire from the last pen and hoop it.

I was looking at doing annual type veggies around the chicken pens. Not sure yet how it will work. Planning on beans, peas, cukes, squash, melons. May not end up with a lot of those veggies for us - but it it feeds the chicks & the DLM, that's way cool.

I have planted hardy Kiwi in tire planters & will need to put up some cattle panel arches soon for them to start vining up. But those are over the back yard gates not right at the chicken pens/coops.

I think honeysuckle is ok as well. Smells wonderful!

I have a chocolate vine and a grapevine on my run. The chocolate vine is evergreen here in NW Arkansas.

Cucumbers or green beans...I've also seen people grow sunflowers on the sunniest side of the coop. I think the Russian sunflower is the one that grows tallest. Additional shade-providing cover of another sort on top of the run can't hurt, though.
