Yesterday right in front of my eyes I lost my beloved 3 year old female Roen to a very bold and hungry coyote. She was raised by me with her female BFF a pekin since they were both 2 days old. Although my Pekin has 5 hens, she spends her daytime hours away from them in the front yard pond. Is it best to replace her with an adult or baby duck ? I dont want her to have more trauma than she already has
