Need Advice From Experienced Guinea Incubator Peeps

We have a very high success rate with hatching chicks. However, so confused on guinea fowl eggs! We have raised 15 guineas from young keets and they are now 3 years old. I found a rather huge guinea nest in our pasture and when I candled the eggs, they are so very different than chicken eggs. I can't find a legit resource online to what they are "suppose" to look like throughout the incubation process. .
Please, any advice would be appreciated! I'll post pics in comments of some.

Look at some other 28 day egg candling charts like for example duck eggs, the guinea should progress very similar by the day...

An FYI, my guineas always hatch on day 25/26 though they never take the full 28 days many sites suggest..
