Need advice on gosling

I haven't posted pictures of Lucy for a while, so I figured it's time. Also, I'm going on a work trip this coming week and will (hopefully) be getting a goose or two on my way home so Lucy can have some (non-duck) friends!





Edit: She's 3 months old this week (by my best guess-timate any way). Is she still too young to guess on her gender?

Looks like you did a great job at handling the angel wing, her wings look good! I'd say at 3 months she might be a little too young. My geese starting behaving in their female/male roles around 4 months. It does help to be able to compare them to other geese though...
I hope you're able to get a goose friend!

Thank you for the input! I'm hoping to get two friends for her and that they'll both be old enough that I can tell the genders apart (I want females - my DH doesn't want a gander, even though I wouldn't mind having a "guard goose")... I'm also hoping that Lucy is female. The guy I am looking to get the geese from says he has about 80!!! Not all of them are chinese, but I should have plenty to choose from.
