Need advice on hatching!

So I do have one internal pip now! I've only been checking because no one's externally pipped. And also the individual these eggs came from told me he's never hatched one in the incubator without helping... Today is day 27, so with this internal pip it's pretty clear he has longer incubation time ducks. I think two are dead, but everyone else appears to be moving. Not quite sure where this leaves me though.
