Need advice on her feet please.

Consider using a paper towel instead of a brush. The wound should be washed gently for an extended period of time. 3-5 minutes is preferred. To much friction will likely damage injured tissue and would hurt a lot.

Just an update..... She is much better..... I have been soaking her feet in salt water at night for a few minutes then I used tea tree oil and antibotics and they are so much better.... Thank you all so much

I would scrub till it bleeds and put neosporin on it heavily...then wrap them in vet wrap and change it often until its healed....need to see a better pic.
You need to be sure that it doesnt become bumble foot. There is staph infection everywhere and any open cut on the foot can get staph in it and form a bumble....
dont be afraid to scrub it ...dont be afraid if it bleeding....get the dirt out, coat it with neosporin ointment and then wrap it with vet wrap. Look in the bumblefoot stickies to see how to wrap. I use one long piece rather than cutting strips. Its a little uncomfortable for them to walk around in it, but it protects the feet.

X2 - it's the same as when you have a scabbed over wound that gets infected. If you go to the ER they will take a rough scrubby sponge and go at you like no tomorrow! OUCH... but they have to get the scab off to treat it properly!
