The properties we are looking at are in ohio so some of them are relativly cheap. We are not looking on spending over $100,000 and so far we've found at least two or three properties which have homes on them and have 20+ acres. We plan on going to auctions and craigslisti for some of the items we need to run our farm. I will definately look into Credit unions and maybe some of the local banks in those areas. I don't care which part of ohio I'm in we are willing to move anywhere.
