Okay so I have an eye issue with my silkie hen. She has had a bubble on her left eye for almost a month(possibly longer but that's when I noticed it). The first week I noticed it I gave her duramycin in her water, neo-poly-bac eye ointment, and a tylan eye flush. It didn't work, her eye hasn't gotten any better but it hasn't gotten any worse either. Any sugestions? I want to show her in a couple months. Also keep in mind, she is a PITA and I don't have help

It would be irresponsible to show a chicken with a possible respiratory infection, even if it cleared up. You could expose every other chicken and every person who was there to attend and their chickens at home to the infection. You might try Tylan injections or Denagard in the water since bacteria have not shown resistance to it so far. QC Supply sells it online.

Just to make it clear, it is not a respiratory infection. No respiratory signs at all, just that one bubble on her eye. She was only panting in that picture because it was over 100 degrees here. All my birds are healthy, tested, and disease free. I'm almost positive it's a grain of sand that got stuck. I'm going to get veterycin eye gel and saline eye flush to see if it clears up.
