Need GEESE information **UPDATE-New gosling PICS**

NO, NO, NO Actually I wouldn't feel right taking any money but I can't tell you how nice it is of you!!! In fact, after I posted I hoped it didn't sound like I was asking for anything. Thank you anyway. I will work out the money situation.

I live on an acre. Not much room but do have a beautiful spot in the back. My husband is afraid because we do have a neighbor on one side. Doesn't want animals wondering onto their property and neither do I.

There are 6 geese and they said they are about 4 weeks old. Hubby thinks it is not a good idea since we are not properly set up for it. That is the mistake we made when getting chickens and were not properly set up. It was a disaster! Now the chickens have a great spot but it did take time. So we said we would never do that again. I am just a softy and it breaks my heart to see animals cage up.

I have certainly learned from this and found out a lot about Geese just in reading these past few days. I appreciate all the advice and now hope to be a proud goose owner someday soon!

One more thing...I spoke to them and they told me since the geese aren't selling "they are ready to be put outside in the pen area". So there is hope for them soon I hope.

I got them!!!! I will post pictures as soon as I can. They are about 5 weeks and completely terrified out of their minds. I am giving them time to calm down in an area in my yard. They are Embdens. Are these generally kind???? I have no idea.

Thank you all who posted. The advice you gave me helped me with my confidence....well, I still am a little nervous about it, but more confident than I would have been.
